Christine has held global roles of increasing responsibility, with a unique combination of experience as an HR Strategic Business Partner and Talent Management Center of Excellence leader.

In her most recent role as VP of Talent & Leadership Development at Tractor Supply Company, she led the strategic direction, creation & execution of strategic talent systems to enable value creation through data driven human capital management across 52,000 team members and 2,200 stores during a time of unprecedented change, growth and transformation of the company. This has led to decreased turnover across the company, increased internal promotion rates and improvement in the depth of succession plans.
